We have different kinds of spare parts for Cylinder piston,Cylinder liner kit.head bolt,oil pump.etc.

here is all process for cylinder piston.

1.The roughcast parts from forging machine.we can do the dimensions tolerance within +/- 0.10.

2.Take the rounghcast to lather and Milling machining get the rough machining part.

3.Take the parts to drilling machining.Get the the drawings requested.

4.Take the rough machining to CNC machine and get the finished part once.

5.Take the finished part to QC inspect  dimensions one by one.Like Caplier Micrometer,height stand,compartor ect.

6.If the all dimension reached the drawings.then take the antirust oil on the parts sureface.

7.We according to export package to do and outside have wooden pallet.
